End-User Licence Agreement and Terms of Service – Borealmere

These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Client') and Borealmere. By accessing, navigating, or registering an account on https://borealmere-ai.net, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Account Authorization and Security

Utilization of the Borealmere infrastructure is strictly reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to form binding contracts. You assume absolute responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes.

2. Scope of Technology (Execution-Only)

Borealmere is engineered as an advanced technical interface, supplying users with market data aggregation, charting tools, and AI-driven analytical indicators.

  • Strictly Execution-Only: We function exclusively as a technology facilitator. We do not offer, and our data must never be interpreted as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
  • Client Autonomy: Every financial decision executed based on our platform's metrics is performed entirely at the Client's independent discretion and risk.
  • Statutory Risk Warning: Participation in global financial markets and digital assets involves an extraordinary degree of financial risk. Asset valuations are highly speculative and can experience rapid, unpredictable depreciations. Our technical AI models calculate probabilities derived from historical datasets; they cannot forecast future market anomalies and offer absolutely no guarantee of profitability. Your capital is at risk.

3. Platform Integrity and Prohibited Use

Any violation of the following protocols will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant Canadian law enforcement (such as the RCMP or Sûreté du Québec):

Financial Crimes

Exploiting the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.

Technical Abuse

Deploying unauthorized scraping bots, malicious software, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI algorithms.

Service Disruption

Engaging in coordinated activities intended to disrupt server load or manipulate platform functionality.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Canada and the Civil Code of Quebec, Borealmere, its executives, and technical affiliates shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages—including severe capital loss—arising from API latencies, third-party exchange failures, or extreme market volatility.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of your utilization of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the judicial district of Montreal.
